Make two screw holes of potentionmeter longer, and can adjust a certain angle in installation to exactly in centered when steering wheel in standby time.

Today we dismantled XBOX360 original wireless controller to realize the inside structure.

First of all, remove the battery store in the back of XBOX 360 wireless controller.

You must use a special Hexagon screwdriver to dismantle Xbox 360 game controller.

Remove all seven screws inside the battery warehouse, then carefully separated from the roof and  cover.

Sony PSP retread production methods and Identification Methods are as follows:

Now retread Sony PSP are divided into three kinds: original renovation, Retread the whole Sony PSP,
Half Sony PSP Retread.
Original renovation: the Sony PSP are recalled consoles, such as too much dead pixels, drive problems and so on. These game console are basically no problem,but packing boxes are different from the normal boxes of game consoles. There game consoles boxes are white and no pictures, only PSP serial number and some text messages, and packaging is poor.

Half Sony PSP Retread: these consoles only retread cover, and front panel is the original or assembly is unknown, but workshipman is the same as new console. Identification Method is open the front panel, remove the joystick and keys(some covers come with light while other are not), then use tools to blow off the dust and install. Such retread consoles have screws traces and rear panel scratched, and rear panel aperture-attached is formed. There are seams between front panle and rear panel. The color of HOME,VOLUME control keys do not match with the panel. There is wear and tear or dirt in USB interface. Within panel has dust or fingerprints(of course, some new consoles have a very small amount of dust). The two stickers of battery compartment color of light to see are not the same. LR keys have worm, and power indicators and memory stick lights transmittance is low.

Retread the whole Sony PSP: this console uses a full set of shell to retread, including the aperture and the rear panel buttons, switches and so on. The methodology is replace all shell. Identification method is to see whether the color of the battery compartment sticker consistent from top to bottom, screws whether the traces, the rear panel is attached aperture formation, before and after  panel seams is stricted, whether there is dust on the screen.

In battery compartment, the color of two stickers on the buttom are different. The color of big sticker is dark, below is lighter.

Wheel is not very smooth, and there is a larger gap.

Important information: Joystick cap of Sony PSP is difficult to removed which are produced after March 2006. The column is white if you remove the joystick cap. If the column is black, it is very easy to remove and that is retreaded console. Factory date is in the UMS hatch.The retread Sony PSP does not come with factory date.
