Nintendo announced first-half profit down more than 50% on Thursday that was due to the saturates market, its best-selling Wii console sales also drop.  

First fiscal half ended(April to September), Nintendo profit ¥ 69,490,000,000 (772.1 million U.S. dollars), compared with a earlier year profit ¥ 144,830,000,000 down 52%.

The first half of fiscal year revenue reduction 34.5%  down to ¥ 548,010,000,000 (61 billion dollars).

Nintendo did not provide quarterly sales figures, but said that the first half of fiscal year Wii console’s global sales reached 5.75 million units, compared with same period last year hit 10 million units a lot less success.
