PSP Go coming soon

The PSP Go (styled PSPgo or PSP go, model PSP-N1000) is a version of the PlayStation Portable handheld video game console to be manufactured by Sony. It is scheduled for release on October 1, 2009 in American and European territories and on November 1, 2009 in Japan. It was revealed prior to E3 2009 through Sony’s Qore VOD service. Although its design is significantly different from other PSPs, it is not intended to replace the PSP 3000 which Sony will continue to manufacture, sell and support. Read the rest of this entry »

 

Nintendo: Golden Sun DS is coming in 2010

At Nintendo’s E3 conference, Reggie announced that a new Golden Sun game would be coming out spring of 2010 for the DS.  No other details were given, but the footage showed some 3D environments and dual screen summoning cut scenes. “Manhunt 2” escapes to PC ?

In February this year, there were some rumors that the super violent Rock star game “Manhunt 2” would be escaping to PC, because drivers v.182.05 which released by NVIDIA including “Manhunt 2.exe”, but disappeared in the latest drivers v.182.06. In 2007, “War Machine” was the case landed on the PC. It could infer that “Manhunt 2” may be landing PC. However, the official did not release any news during the past few months. Xbox 360 Fails Five Times More Often Than PS3

The Xbox 360’s failure rate is five times the rate as the PS3 and eight times the rate as the Wii. The Consumerist reports, citing a study by Game Informer. The Xbox failure rate is 54.2%, the PS3’s is 10.2%, and the Wii’s 6.8%.

What about Xbox 360 Slim?

David who is DFC Intelligent analyst said that Microsoft would develop Xbox 360 Slim in the near future.

In a report of the game industry, analyst said Microsoft will also launch the Xbox 360 Slim to Counter Sony’s PS3 Slim.“I think it is only a matter of time , Microsoft will begin to develop the Slim product. PS3 Slim is alive

At its Gamescom press conference in Germany overnight, Sony announced that yes, the PlayStation 3 is indeed a reality and will be in shops in New Zealand on September 3.

I heard former PlayStation New Zealand head Warwick Light, and the man who gave me the scoop about Sony’s PlayTV before the rest of the world knew about it and before Sony had officially announced it, on the radio this morning saying the PS3 Slim, which featured a 120Gb HDD, was 36% lighter, 32% smaller and used 34% less power than the standard PS3. “Beaterator”will be unveiled in September

The publisher has revealed that Grand Theft Auto masterminds Rockstar Games will release PlayStation Portable and PlayStation Network version of their popular music app Beaterator this September.

Music producer Timbaland says on the release that since Beaterator debuted on Rockstar’s offical as a Flash app in 2005, it allows users to create their own music using a wide variety of loops and sounds. Read the rest of this entry »

 

Xbox 360 Elite dropping to $299 (finally)?

Treat this right now as very likely, but still a rumor–a photo of a catalog page posted to Kotaku shows the 120GB hard drive-and-HDMI Xbox 360 Elite going for $299.
